Limp Bizkit Inks Deal With Cash money

Limp Bizkit have announced that they are jumping into bed with Nicki Minaj. In a business sense, that is. The Jacksonville quintet has reportedly signed to the Cash Money label - home to the pink-wigged wonder that is Minaj. The Cash Money Records' lynchpin LIL' WAYNE broke the news on a radio show last night (February 23, 2012) and Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst later appeared to confirm the news.

LIL' WAYNE telephoned into Lenny Green's 'Kissing After Dark,' and was introduced to listeners by Green as "one of the most respected rap artists in the game." LIL' WAYNE told Lenny Green and his listeners that he discovered the radio show when he was incarcerated. He then went on to say "I just found out Limp Bizkit signed to Cash Money," adding "they're signing everybody." LIL' WAYNE also tentatively announced that the thinks the label is also working with the R&B singer Ashanti.

Limp Bizkit's frontman Fred Durst then seemed to confirm the news in a series of cryptic tweets, one of which read "The game is missing danger, electricity, and rock n roll!!!!" Cash Money Limp Bizkit" and another saying "Rock shit doesn't rock anymore! They say the whole game done went pop so I'm back in this ho! Cmlb." The last album release from Limp Bizkit was in 2010, when they reunited with guitarist Wes Borland to release Gold Cobra, which peaked at number 16 on the Billboard chart.

New Song!!!! Nicki Minaj: Beware Roman has Reloaded

Well critics asked for it. They have awaken the beast. Nicki Minaj has taken us back to the fierce female rapper who was sitting on the steps in Queens NY freestyling. She has just released "Roman Reloaded" and has the YMCMB El Presidente Lil Wayne to assist her on this track and Wayne goes hard as usual. She's answering the critics who told her she went pop. She's answering the critics with penetrating rhymes like "I Take bitches to school, then I Columbine these hoes".

Nicki made some Raggedy Ann references so its safe to say that Lil Kim was in her eye sight while making this track. She also referenced being in the top 5 hottest MC's which also tells us she made this song less than a week ago. Many will say why is she still going at Kim. Personally I see no issue, it was Kimmy Blanco who said she wasn't going to take her foot off Nicki's neck. It seems to be the other way around.

Knowone can say this is pop. Its good to know Nicki can switch it up whenever she wants and still get the same reaction from her fans & foes. I'm sure there are gonna be plenty of people who is not gonna like this song. But I'm sure it will be the same ones who don't like any songs from her, so that is no surprise.

Young Money Signs Christina Milian, Weezy Takes Shot at Jay-z & Kanye West

Lil Wayne announced the signing of a new member to Young Money Saturday night (February 11) while performing alongside Drake during the annual Cash Money Grammy weekend party. The YMCMB head Honcho also took the time to honor the memory of the late, great Whitney Houston, who passed away earlier that night, and to take jabs at Jay-Z and Kanye West.

“I got the beautiful Christina Milian with me,” Weezy said while onstage, backed by the likes of manager Cortez Bryant, Young Money president Mack Maine, Corey Gunz, Lil Twist and others. “Young Money, Christina Milian.”

Lil Tunechi also took the time to thank his team for their contribution to the label’s success, but not before asking for a moment of silence for Whitney Houston, who was pronounced dead at 3:55 p.m. after being found in her hotel room in Hollywood, California, just hours before mentor Clive Davis’ annual Grammy party was scheduled to take place. The event was cancelled.

The evening wasn’t complete until Wayne took time out to throw some jabs at Hov, rapping at the end of his announcement about signing Christina Milian, “I met a red-bone, I took the girl home/I asked her what she wanna watch, she said, ‘surely not The Throne,” to roars from the crowd.

Lil Wayne is up for a couple of Grammys, including Best Rap/Sung Collaboration for DJ Khaled’s “I’m on One.” Stay tune to StreetzIzWatchin for a full recap of the Grammys Sunday (Februabry 12).
